This Palatial Penthouse Monaco Terrace is one of the biggest private outdoor spaces in Monaco and voted “Best View of Monaco Grand Prix” by the Grand Prix organiser. In previous years, many Formula One teams acquired this Monaco terrace to entertain sponsors and other VIP guests – it’s that good. Situated on the very top of the Ermanno Palace Building this stunning residence includes an upper and lower Monaco Balcony.

ExclusiveGP have acquired both the upper Monaco Terrace and lower Monaco Balcony exclusively for it's clientele. We are only selling a limited number of tickets to ensure all our clients have a perfect view of the Formula One circuit. This Ermanno Palace is worth more than €45m and provides a luxurious space to enjoy the race and gives views over 80% of the Monaco Grand Prix Circuit.

From this Terrace you have uninterrupted views of Tunnel Exit, Sainte Devot Corner, Tabac Corner, The Chicane, Piscine Corners, Start/Finish Line, Pits, Pit Exit, Main Straight and Stunning Panoramic Views of the Harbour and Yachts. We do not know of another Monaco venue which offers such sumptuous views.

6th Floor Pole Position Monaco Balcony

Located at the top of the L’Hirondelle building, the Pole Position Monaco F1 Balcony affords fabulous views, yet still low enough to really feel the atmosphere of the Monaco Grand Prix. This sought after spot is on the main straight right next to the Start/Finish Line, and you will also be able to see Sainte Devote & Tabac corners as well as the Pits, Podium and Grid. All in all, the Pole Position Monaco F1 Balcony offers views over 70% of the circuit, and unobstructed views of the big screens so you won’t miss a minute of the racing action.

Alternatively, you can relax inside the adjoining lounge where professional hosts will cater for your every need, and there is also a large screen TV showing the race while you relax. Our 6th Floor Pole Position Monaco F1 Balcony is without doubt one of the finest viewing points in all of Monaco. It took us many years to find such a privileged vantage point with none of the disadvantages of many of the other buildings around Monaco. This balcony is normally full booked months before the Grand Prix weekend with numbers very limited indeed.
