Your Financial Protection

When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.”

We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the Services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).

If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.”

ExclusiveGP accepts no responsibility for any errors in the information contained and can amend them accordingly to represent accurate information.

The Contract

A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Exclusive GP Limited and the Client making the order (the Client) for the hospitality (the Event) by sending a signed confirmation of this booking form via email, fax or letter.

Payment Terms

Upon receipt of an order, an invoice will be raised and payment terms are as per invoice. If payment by return is requested, then we expect you to adhere to this. In instances where a booking is confirmed within 10 weeks of the Event, 100% of the booking value is required immediately. Any queries arising from an invoice must be notified to Exclusive GP Limited upon receipt of invoice Exclusive GP Limited reserves the right to cancel and re-allocate any booking/s, without further notification to the Client if the Client does not adhere to these time limits.

All bank charges to be met by the Client and in the event that payment arrives less than the bank charges a further invoice will be raised.

Please note tickets/passes will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.

Cancellation Policy

By the Organiser

If for any reason whatsoever an event shall be cancelled, Exclusive GP Limited will reimburse or give credit to the Client for the full value of any refund received from the venue or supplier, less 10% of the full value will be made.- Cancellations should be made in writing.

By the Client

The Client will be liable for 100% of the full package price. However, Exclusive GP Limited will endeavour to resell the package/s on the Client’s behalf, at which point, if successful, a full refund less 10% of the full value will be made.

Admission

Each Client/guest will be issued with access cards for admission and identification purposes. Access Cards must be worn at all times. Clients/guests not wearing an access card will not be permitted into any Hospitality area. No further access cards will be given, lost tickets cannot be refunded or replaced.

Liability

In relation to third parties, Exclusive GP Limited accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury to any person or their property, howsoever caused. With all arrangements involving a third party Exclusive GP Limited acts only as the agent of the Client and so no liability whatsoever shall be attached to Exclusive GP Limited in connection with, or arising from, arrangements between the Client and of the third party.

Extras

Any additional expenses or fees including, unpaid extras, damages, additional tickets not quoted in the original proposal but subsequently requested by the Client or its guests shall be invoiced separately after the event and shall be due for payment within seven days of the invoice

Prices

All prices are quoted in GBP, Exclusive GP Limited reserves the right to add a service charge of 2.5% on all payments made by credit card and any currency/bank charges that may have incurred. Exclusive GP Limited reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 2.5% per month over base rate compounded monthly on all overdue accounts.

Availability

All packages offered are subject to availability at the time of payment. In extreme circumstances if hotels are over booked ExclusiveGP will look to place guests at an alternative location and upgrade guests where possible.

Terrorism/Act of God

In the unlikely event of natural disaster or a terrorist attack, Exclusive GP can not be held liable for the event not taking place in any way.

  1. Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations and other uses of portions of this site (https://www.exclusivegp.com), and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.
  2. If we feel it is necessary to take any action to enforce these terms and conditions, we will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable and necessary legal fees, in additional to any other relief, at law or in equity to such an entitlement by us.
